1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking with Flying Tiger Zipline Co., Ltd. ("we," "our," or "Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making your reservation.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability
A valid booking requires full payment unless otherwise agreed
You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking

2.2 Payment

Prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿)
Payment is processed securely through Stripe
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard)

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Customer Cancellations

More than 24 hours before: Full refund
Less than 24 hours before: No refund
No-show: No refund

3.2 Company Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to:

Severe weather conditions
Safety concerns
Insufficient participants (minimum group size)
Technical issues or equipment maintenance

In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Participant Requirements

4.1 Age and Physical Requirements

Minimum age: 6 years old
Weight limits: 20 kg minimum, 100 kg maximum
Participants must be in reasonable physical health
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult

4.2 Restrictions

The following participants may not be able to join:

Pregnant women
Persons with heart conditions
Persons with back or neck injuries
Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs

4.3 Required Attire

Closed-toe shoes with good grip (mandatory)
Comfortable athletic clothing
No loose jewelry, scarves, or dangling accessories

5. Safety and Liability

5.1 Safety Agreement

All participants must sign a safety waiver and release form before participating. This waiver acknowledges the inherent risks of adventure activities.

5.2 Participant Responsibilities

Follow all instructions from guides
Disclose any relevant medical conditions
Behave responsibly and not endanger others
Not participate while under influence of substances

5.3 Limitation of Liability

While we maintain the highest safety standards, participation in zipline activities involves inherent risks. We are not liable for injuries resulting from:

Participant's failure to follow instructions
Undisclosed medical conditions
Participant's own negligence or recklessness
Acts of nature or circumstances beyond our control

6. Insurance

All participants are covered by our comprehensive activity insurance during the tour. We recommend participants also have their own travel insurance.

7. Transfer Service

Transfer service must be booked in advance
Available only for tours starting before 1:00 PM
Pick-up times are estimates and may vary due to traffic
Participants must be ready at the designated time

8. Photography and Media

We may take photos or videos during the tour for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant us permission to use such media. Please inform our staff if you do not wish to be photographed.

9. Conduct and Behavior

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove participants who:

Behave in a disruptive or dangerous manner
Appear intoxicated or under influence
Fail to follow safety instructions
Harass staff or other guests

No refund will be provided in such cases.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Flying Tiger Zipline Co., Ltd. and is protected by copyright laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
