Flying Tiger offers a rainforest zipline adventure with multiple platforms and cable lines through the jungle canopy. Your total playtime on the course is approximately 1-2.5 hours from the safety briefing until you return to the base, depending on the package chosen and group size.

We are located in Doi Saket district, approximately 1 hour east of Chiang Mai city center at 1,000 meters elevation. Our location offers stunning mountain views and pristine rainforest environments for your zipline adventure.

We operate daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We have 4 pick-up times available: 8:00-8:30 AM, 9:30-10:00 AM, 11:00-11:30 AM, and 12:30-1:00 PM.

Everyone who goes into the course must use the ziplines to move from platform to platform, so it is not possible to walk along just to watch. Guests who prefer not to participate are welcome to relax at our lobby area instead.

The zipline runs in light rain and normal wet weather - it often becomes part of the adventure in the rainforest! Disposable raincoats are available to purchase at a small extra cost for guests who want to stay drier while flying between the trees.

The course is designed so that the only way to move from one platform to the next is by using the zipline system. For safety and flow of the group, it is not possible to skip individual lines or elements once you have started the program.

Children and adults in good health can join the program. We accept guests from about 4 years old up to around 70 years old, depending on fitness level. Please check your specific program confirmation for exact requirements.

For safety on cables and harnesses, we accept a maximum weight of 120 kg. Guests close to the limit may be weighed discreetly by staff before joining the activity.

Light, comfortable clothing is recommended such as a t-shirt or light long sleeve top with shorts or long sports pants. Closed-toe sport shoes or sneakers are required, as the program includes walking in the jungle, climbing staircases to high trees, and landing on platforms. Sandals and high heels are not suitable.

For safety reasons, pregnant women cannot participate in the zipline course. We recommend enjoying our lobby amenities or rescheduling your adventure for after pregnancy.

You may bring cameras and small action cameras on the course, but any damage or loss is your own responsibility. Lockers are provided at the lobby to store personal belongings before the activity.

Yes, you can wear sunglasses and use an action camera such as a GoPro during the activity. Please secure them well with straps or mounts, because Flying Tiger cannot be responsible for any loss or damage during the adventure.

Yes, lockers are available at the Flying Tiger base so you can safely store bags, valuables, and items you do not want to take on the zipline. There is no additional fee to use the lockers.

Next-day bookings are usually accepted as long as there is space on your chosen time slot. When you book through our official channels and receive instant confirmation, your seats are prioritized for that playtime.

We charge the same price for adults and children because they use the same equipment, guides, and transport. The ticket rate is the same for all paying guests within the allowed age and weight limits.

If you require hotel pick-up, the latest booking time is around 4 hours before the selected playtime. Guests who travel to our base themselves can usually book up to 1 hour before playtime, but we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the start.

You can request to change your play date or pick-up time by contacting our support team, ideally at least 6 hours before playtime. Changes requested closer than this may incur a change fee depending on circumstances.

Cancellations are accepted if made at least 24 hours before the playtime, with eligibility for refund following our booking conditions. For unavoidable cancellations such as accident or sudden illness, guests may be asked to provide documentation.

Guests who travel to our base themselves may pay in cash upon arrival, subject to availability. In this case, plan to arrive and check in at the lobby at least 30 minutes before your chosen playtime.

Guests who arrange their own transport should aim to arrive and check in at the lobby about 30 minutes before the scheduled playtime. This ensures enough time for registration, safety briefing, and fitting of harnesses and equipment.

Yes! Flying Tiger provides complimentary round-trip transfer from selected areas in Chiang Mai city on scheduled pick-up times. Exact pick-up zones and times are confirmed at the time of booking.
